Shipping Policy
Bub and Co is an online store, and all orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW.
Where we deliver
We deliver Australia-wide. We don't currently ship internationally.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding NSW public holidays).
During busy periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, Mother's Day and other sales, dispatch can take up to 5 business days. If your order will take longer than this, we'll email you with an updated dispatch time, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund if you'd prefer not to wait.
You'll receive tracking details by email when your order is dispatched.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer, including the minimum spend, is shown on our website and at checkout.
Delivery times
We ship with Australia Post and other couriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; regional and remote areas can take longer. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we'll follow it up with the carrier.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or give you a refund. Please keep any damaged packaging and send us a photo if you can. Once a parcel has been delivered to the address you gave us, including where it is left in a safe place under an authority to leave, it becomes your responsibility.
Incorrect addresses and unclaimed parcels
Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or it wasn't collected in time, we'll contact you. We can resend it once the new shipping cost is paid, or refund the order less the original shipping cost.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to have goods delivered within the agreed time or, if no time was agreed, within a reasonable time.
