Refund Policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at bubandco@outlook.com.au or on 1300 644 998 within a reasonable time of noticing the problem. Please include your order number and, if you can, a photo.

• If the problem is major, you can choose a refund or a replacement. If it's minor, we may choose to repair, replace or refund.
• If we ask you to send the item back, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return postage. You don't need the original packaging.
• If we refund a faulty or incorrect item, we'll also refund the delivery cost you paid for it.
• If your order is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept change-of-mind returns of feeding sets or teethers, because these products go in babies' mouths.

For change-of-mind returns:

• please contact us before sending anything back;
• the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost; and
• the original delivery cost isn't refunded.

These conditions don't affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Faulty feeding sets and teethers can always be returned.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order at no cost before it is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible, as we dispatch quickly. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Refunds
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to process it.
